Mission Report:

This wasn’t the easiest of troops as the changing area wasn’t great and the festivities were running behind, but the troopers made the best of it as the GGG always does. We suited up about 3:45 and were ready to go by 4:30. We were brought backstage and had to wait about 20 minutes to be presented to the friends and family of the departed. Once on stage we took many pictures with the guests and were well received. We suited down about 5:30 and then meet with the brother and son of the departed and had a great conversation about Star Wars, the 501st and GGG as both are interested in joining in the future. The son expressed how much it meant to have us there as Star Wars was something that he and his mother shared. Thank you to the team, they did amazing as always!
