During our appearance, our volunteer members shall not be asked to promote any private companies (e.g., holding banners, handing out flyers) or be affiliated with any religious or political events.

Any promotional material about this event which announces or promotes our appearance shall be submitted to info@501stGGG.com for our review and approval prior to its release.As part of our Event Coordination process this is covered with the Event Requester.

In the case you are ever requested to do these activities, refuse and walk away. Retreat to the green room and discuss with the Event Contact and Team Lead.

All Members are authorized to end a troop in the case that an Event Requester violates this agreement.
