    **************** 2019 Oct TOD Update ****************
    Howdy all,
It’s that time of year to double check your TOD’s or get in that costumed troop (30 events in Oct to choose from).

We’re at ~132 events trooped to date this year. Based on the MR’s submitted, 126 troopers have appeared in costume and 57 people have participated in a non-costumed capacity.

We currently have 10 events this year missing Mission Reports (see the red column headers or Missing MR sheet for the full list). If you attended, please bug your TL to submit the report or feel free to write it yourself.

If you think I missed documenting a TOD of yours, please send me the event date, event name, and your role (costumed, handler, etc.) so I can double check the Mission Report and if needed follow-up with the TL to confirm/edit the MR/etc.

For everyone writing mission reports, if you could do me some favors:
-Have your name in your signature or have the site display your name rather than your handle
-List who was in costume and who was a handler/table/photographer/etc.
-Date format in the subject line is YYYY-MM-DD (all hail ISO 8601) but I’ll begrudgingly accept DD-MON-YYYY
-Multi-day troops need to have attendance broken down by day or I’m only counting attendance once
Any feedback, suggestions, corrections, or churros are appreciated.
    Best,
    Robert
