[2019-05] TOD Update

Howdy all,
TOD tracker has been updated with information from all Mission Reports submitted to date. This year I’ve been adding all scheduled events (except OOA and certain social events like the Disney trips) into the tracker as they’re created rather than just events with a submitted MR. OOA’s get added in on submission of a MR. Now those missing an MR will change to a darker red to highlight Vader’s displeasure with the lack of timely MR submissions.

*Edit* I’m also no longer tracking troopers from other garrisons, as they just clutter up the tracker. Please continue to add them to your MR in case we ever get asked about them.

We’re at ~77 events trooped to date this year. Based on the MR’s submitted, 98 troopers have appeared in costume and 31 people have participated in a non-costumed capacity. Thank you everyone that helped us knock out the 33 events surrounding May the 4th/ Free Comic Book Day (24 events on May the 4th alone).

We currently have 15 events this year missing Mission Reports (see the Missing MR sheet for the full list). If you attended, please bug your TL to submit the report or feel free to write it yourself.

For everyone writing mission reports, if you could do me some favors:
-Have your name in your signature or have the site display your name rather than your handle
-List who was in costume and who was a handler/table/photographer/etc.
-Multi-day troops need to have attendance broken down by day or I’m only counting attendance once
