Event Name: 2nd Annual Contra Costa Con Star Wars Celebration
Venue: Hilton Concord

Appearance Call-Time: 0.5 – 1 hour before your start time
Appearance Start: 10:00am (may be pushed later depending on signups)
Appearance End: 4:00pm (may be pushed earlier depending on signups)
If we only do one shift, it will be 12pm to 2pm.
We will not table unless there are at least 9 troopers spread over the day and at least one handler and one person on table duty for the full day.

Parking: Yes. Free parking at 1355 Willow Way (street nearest the ballroom) in the office park that is vacant on Sunday).
Charity: $100 to Ygnacio Valley High School HOSA program (future medical careers for students).

We need a minimum of 2 troopers and 1 handler signed up for every shift and 1 team lead by this date. Otherwise, the appearance times will be shortened/consolidated OR this event will be declined by the RSVP date or at least two weeks before the event.

The con was well attended. Dressing room was more than adequate. Next year would recommend requesting a table area closer to the other costuming groups so our photo groups do not unintentionally interfere with access to nearby sellers tables.
