Secure changing/staging area: Pipe & Drape changing room behind our booth. Convention center will be locked and attended by security overnight, however, our individual booth and changing area will not be locked in an additional area.

Con Hours:
Friday 4pm to 11pm
Saturday 10am to 8pm
Sunday 10am to 6pm

Our appearance time if not for the full weekend:
Friday 6:00pm – 8:00pm
Saturday 11:30am – 1:30pm
Sunday 11:30am – 1:30pm

We need to attend/staff our booth for the full duration that the show floor is open. We need a minimum of 2 troopers and 1 handler or open face trooper signed up for shifts by the RSVP date to confirm that we can staff a booth space.

Signup Instructions:
Table/booth setup dependent on staffing. If we’re able to staff a minimum of 3 people (two costumed people and a handler) for the full duration of the show we will get a booth. If we cannot staff a booth for the full weekend we will shorten our hours and only appear partial days.

HOW TO SIGN UP:

AS OF RIGHT NOW we are not planning to do a booth, so sign up like you normally would for any other troop. If there is a massive surge of signups I will post a shift schedule like we do for other cons.

Signups close November 7 at 8:00pm.

We need a minimum of 2 troopers and 1 non-costumed handler signed up for each shift or we will decline this event.
