changing at Dojo at 340 Georgia Street – the festival starts at 2:00 pm the Mad Hatter Holiday Parade starts at 4:30 PM the troopers usually arrive around 2:00 PM freshen up and change, there will be food, coffee and drinks available at the location.

They normally walk around for photo opts with the public around three then head over to the parade location on Georgia and Sonoma Blvd for their place in the lead section of the parade.

All is basically the same as last year.

The Mad Hatter Holiday Festival, Parade & Tree Lighting is one of the most popular holiday festivals in the Bay Area. This year celebrates our 10th year celebration – the Golden Gate Garrison – 501st Legion has participated every year, for a number of years, usually getting over twenty Legion participants. The event is the opening of the holiday season for Vallejo. The parade has marching bands, CAL Maritime Cadets, award winning Burning Man mutant firing vehicles plus dancing groups, and a number of Alice in Wonderland charactersOur changing location is same as last year, 340 Georgia Street, Vallejo CA in a Martial Arts Dojo.** NOTES**
